Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

• From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 25% of the total tour price.
• Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date: 50% of the total tour price.
• Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date: 75% of the total tour price.
• Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date: 100% of the total tour price.

Additionally, cancellation fees for all domestic flights within Egypt will apply according to the airline’s policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

MGT offers a very flexible cancellation policy if a government or airline issues a travel warning for your departure or destination country. At MGT, your well-being and safety are our top priorities.
