Magic Gate Tours is committed to providing transparent and fair cancellation policies, ensuring customer safety, and maintaining open communication regarding travel arrangements and emergency cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

• From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 25% of the total tour price.
• Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date: 50% of the total tour price.
• Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date: 75% of the total tour price.
• Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date: 100% of the total tour price.

Additionally, cancellation fees for all domestic flights within Egypt will apply according to the airline’s policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

Magic Gate Tours offers a very flexible cancellation policy if a government or airline issues a travel warning for your departure or destination country.
